Services Provided

HealthTrust Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, and essential daily transportation. Our services are not intended for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Scheduling & Service Requests

All transportation requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a request through our website, phone, or email does not guarantee service until details are reviewed and confirmed by HealthTrust Transport.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, appointment times, and relevant transportation details. HealthTrust Transport is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are encouraged to notify HealthTrust Transport as soon as possible if transportation needs change or a ride must be canceled.

Failure to provide reasonable notice or repeated no-shows may result in service limitations or refusal of future transportation requests.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time

• Follow safety instructions provided by drivers

• Use appropriate mobility equipment when required

HealthTrust Transport reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior poses a safety risk to themselves, drivers, or others.
